PlanGrid Password Reset (No Autodesk ID)
To reset your password, go to PlanGrid’s main log in page. Once there, click “Forgot Password?”
Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Send Link.” You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders.
Click the link in the email, enter a new password, and then click “Update Password.”
Autodesk ID Password Reset
If you need to reset your Autodesk ID password, you can click "forgot" next to the password box and will receive a link via email.

For PlanGrid users logging in with Autodesk ID credentials, you will need to reach out to Autodesk's Client Services team for help with password reset issues. You can reach them via Autodesk's support page and following this pathway:

- Choose "live chat" or "create a case"
