Field reports can be exported and downloaded directly or shared with people inside or outside of your PlanGrid project via a shareable link.

Email shareable link
1. Navigate to the field reports section of your project.
2. Select the desired report type, then the desired report from the list.
3. Tap the export icon in the top right corner of the report details screen, and select 'Email Shareable Link".
Note: You must have a Mail account set up on your device to use this feature. To use an alternate email application, please use the 'Preview PDF' option, and then select your desired app from the list.
Preview PDF and share report
1. Navigate to the field reports section of your project.
2. Select the desired report type, then the desired report from the list.
3. Tap the export icon in the top right corner of the report details screen and select 'Preview PDF'.
4. Once the report is generated, you can swipe through to preview the full report. To share, tap the export icon again and select the app with which you wish to send the report.
